Soil amendment & compost incorporation

Fine grading & surface preparation

Next, we fine-grade the soil to ensure a smooth, even surface with proper drainage and no ponding.

Root stimulant application

Before laying sod, we apply a root stimulant product to accelerate root growth and encourage strong contact between the sod and soil.

Sod laying with head-to-head coverage

We carefully lay the sod in a staggered, brickwork pattern, ensuring tight seams and “head-to-head” contact so no gaps remain, which helps reduce drying zones and enhances uniform coverage.

Irrigation calibration

Finally, we verify that your sprinkler system offers full, even coverage so that every zone receives adequate water for optimal rooting.
